Fifteen cars, and the country I parked them in.

I wanted to make something different from what I had made before, so I made cars. Old school ones, and new high end ones.

The part I care about is not the cars. It is what is behind them. Sadu weaving, the Kuwait Towers, the water, the light coming off the sand. I live here. So I parked them here.

WHAT YOU GET

All fifteen are shown on this page. Every piece is 3840 × 2160 (4K) PNG and signed. Nothing is held back and nothing is upsold later.

PUTTING THEM UP

  1. Buy, then download the zip from the page you land on
  2. Unzip it
  3. On a Mac, open System Settings, then Wallpaper, then Add Photo. On Windows, right click the image and choose Set as desktop background
  4. On a TV, load them onto a USB stick, or use your TV's photo or art app
  5. On a tablet, save to photos, then set as wallpaper

These are 16:9, the shape of most computer screens and TVs. On a screen with a different shape, it will crop or sit with a border.

WHY I MADE IT

Car art is everywhere. A car on a black background, a car on a wet road at night, a car in a city that could be any city. I did not want to make another one of those.

So I built the backgrounds first. Sadu weaving, the geometry off the old carpets, the Towers, a dhow sail out on the water, a courtyard at the hour when the stone goes gold. Then I parked something in it.

The Cadillac is sitting on the sand with a dhow behind it. The Camaro is coming down the coast road with the Towers over its shoulder. The GT-R is out in the desert and the dunes have Sadu patterns running through them.

Old or new, they are all parked in the same place. That is the collection.

USING THEM

Put them on every screen you own. Send one to someone who would like it. The only thing I ask is that you do not sell the files or pass them off as your own. Same terms whether you paid for a piece or I gave it to you.

A finished AI-assisted image can look like everyone else's. The artist's vision is always different.

An artist that is inspired and directs his AI Assistant. I work with AI to create my vision and I am the Hawaiian that brings the inspiration to the creation.
