Refund policy
Everything Dreams On Kanvas sells is a digital file. Your download link arrives by email as soon as your order goes through. There is nothing shipped and nothing to send back.
Because the files are yours the moment you download them, downloads are not returnable for a change of mind.
What I will always do: if a file is broken, will not open, or is not what the product page said it was, email me with your order number and I will fix it or refund you. No forms and no argument.
Free files are covered the same way. If a free download will not open, tell me and I will get you a working one.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take a few business days to appear.
