Refund policy
All made-on-demand apparel is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for wrong size, buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selection.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, customers must contact Dreams On Kanvas within 30 days of receiving the item with their order number and clear photos. Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, reprint, or refund.
For packages lost in transit, customers must contact Dreams On Kanvas within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Dreams On Kanvas is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
