Everything Dreams On Kanvas sells is digital. Your download arrives by email as soon as your order goes through, so there is nothing to post and nothing to send back.

Because the files are yours the moment you download them, I can't take them back the way a shop takes back a shirt.

What I will always do: if a file is broken, won't open, or isn't what the page said it was, email me and I'll fix it or refund you. No forms, no argument.
